At Asia Power Sun we build our modules on high‑efficiency N‑type TOPCon cells and a fully controlled production line. This means more energy from each square meter and stable performance for many years.

N-type TOPCon Cell
- N-type crystalline silicon with very low light-induced degradation (LID) and better impurity tolerance than classic P-type.
- Bifacial design: both front and rear sides generate power, using direct and reflected light.
- “Tunnel oxide + poly-Si” (TOPCon) selective contact that reduces recombination losses and increases efficiency.
- Advanced surface passivation that raises Voc and improves long‑term reliability.
Efficient and Controlled Process
Texturing and Cleaning
We texture the wafer surface and remove saw damage and contamination so that the cell absorbs more light and has a clean base for further layers.
Diffusion and Doping
We form a precise p–n junction (boron diffusion) and a strong back-surface field (phosphorus diffusion) to collect charge carriers efficiently.
Surface Polishing and Passivation
Alkali polishing smooths the backside, while ALD Al₂O₃ and PECVD coatings provide strong chemical and field-effect passivation and reduce reflection.
Poly-Si Deposition and Metallization
LPCVD poly-Si builds the selective TOPCon contact. Screen printing and firing form low-resistance silver/aluminum contacts with optimized grid design.
100% Testing and Sorting
Every cell goes through AOI, EL imaging and IV testing. We sort cells into narrow power and efficiency classes to ensure stable, predictable module performance.
